Aim Precision Screen Model No. AIM8 is a very high efficiency and high abrasion resistant screen. The composition is based on natural rubber, SBR and BR rubber with very specific high level of abrasion resistant quality. Rubber also has the natural tendency to absorb and deflect energy, making it ideal to fabricate screens using rubber materials. The efficiency of this screen to remove fine particles from entering the furnace is measured by weight to weight (w to w). In dry operations, the percentage of fine removed is 2.5% w to w. Whereas in wet operations, the percentage is 5% w to w. Vibration screen with rubber type can be specially designed according to requisition for special application such as steel mill and coal power plant.
